Requests they inform members.
    Cost Each:   85 cents.

Business Database:

Copy members of Chamber of Commerce into spreadsheet database.

Search online for all other business in the area to add to spreadsheet,
  Focusing on mail address as well as email address.
Send Emails to each.
Send letters to each.
 

Newspaper Requests:

Place adds in the local newspapers.

​

In all of your emailed newspapers ask recipient to forward it to all friends to sign up.
