a. Search for contracts to be let, or business opportunities for an Ad hoc business
or regular business in the area.

b. Assist in securing that contract or business.

c. Secure business opportunities outside of the local community.

2. Assets Needed:

Salaries
   Partial for Chamber Director
Full for Program Director,
   Assistant(s).

Contract Help:

Attorneys, Accountants.
Website maintenance.
Printing.

Hard Assets:

Electronic equipment;

3. Grant Request:

Either full four years or one year with three annual extensions.
Allow for growth and general operating expenses.
